Started the week off on the right foot. Fruit for breakfast and a smoothie the next day. And as I drink the smoothie the following day, I have a thought. I would like to give myself a boost, and immediately think of a detox. I have failed previously attempting a detox, but I was idiotic in my approach.
For this month I have 2 goals I would like to achieve. First and foremost, having a smoothie every day for breakfast Monday to Friday. Not ready to go 7 days a week yet. Leaving the weekend to anything I want.
My second goal is to get my exercise on, aiming for 3 times a week for the month of January. I have found DDP Yoga to be useful and not that difficult, but do not be fooled because it delivers baby. I would love to get a rhythm going and make it part of my daily habit.
